1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cassullo Diapers (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at cassullodiapers.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Subscriptions

All product purchases and subscriptions are processed through Shopify. Subscription orders can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Prices are subject to change with notice to active subscribers.

3. Diaper Fund & Registry

The Diaper Fund feature allows third parties to contribute funds to your Cassullo Wallet. Contributions are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once deposited. Wallet credits can be applied to any Cassullo purchase and do not expire. Cassullo is not responsible for disputes between registry owners and contributors.

4. Shipping & Returns

Subscription orders ship free. One-time orders ship free on orders over $35. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy with your diapers, contact us for a full refund or exchange. Opened packages are eligible for refund if fewer than half the diapers have been used.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and placing orders. You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cassullo Diapers LLC provides products and services “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
